Primarily English, Czech and Slovak, but it supports 50+ languages. The virtual assistant detects the language automatically based on the customer's question. For specialized fields (legal, medical) we recommend validating the answers in the target language.

Typically 70–80 % of queries. It depends on the quality of the knowledge base and the complexity of the field. Complaints above a certain value, legal questions or non-standard situations are automatically escalated to a live agent with the full conversation context.
