Funded from the Czech Labour Office (ÚP ČR) subsidy. The training contribution of 260.73 CZK per person-hour goes to the provider as the course fee, the wage contribution of 217.46 CZK per person-hour goes to the employer as wage compensation. The programme is delivered by PECKA.

Most AI training is an info dump — two hours of PowerPoint about what ChatGPT is, followed by a link to the documentation. Participants leave feeling they have seen something but cannot use it in practice. Shadow AI emerges — uncontrolled use of AI tools with company data outside of IT oversight.

Our AI training is a hands-on workshop, not a lecture. Every participant works on their real tasks with AI tools under the trainer's guidance. We tailor the content precisely to your company, school or public institution. A Shadow AI audit is included — we map out which AI tools your people are already using and set rules in line with GDPR and the AI Act. After the training we can help you with AI integration or deploying an AI chatbot. The trainer is Miroslav Douda, an AI expert collaborating with the Innovation Centre of the Ústí Region (ICUK), who builds and operates his own AI products with the team, including Kurikula.ai, Dotazio and Chytrejbyt.cz – more on the about page.

The workshop takes place in small groups of up to 20 participants. The trainer has time for individual questions and feedback. It is not a webinar for 200 people — it is a workshop where you actually learn. The 50-hour subsidised programme caps out at 15 participants per run, as required by the subsidy conditions.

Follow-up and materials

After the training you receive complete materials, a prompt library and cheat sheets. After 2–4 weeks a follow-up session — we answer questions from practice and help you implement AI into your daily routine.

AI training from Webforte is for companies, schools, public institutions, lawyers, developers, freelancers and individuals. We tailor the content precisely to your audience — we train a marketing team differently than programmers and differently than teachers. We can handle both technical and non-technical participants.

The price of AI training depends on the scope (2–8 hours), the number of participants (up to 20) and the level of content customization. A basic half-day workshop starts at 15 000 CZK. A full-day training with custom content preparation starts at 25 000 CZK. The follow-up session and Shadow AI audit are optional add-ons. For the 50-hour AI for Business programme, a subsidy from the Vzdělávání pro firmy scheme (Czech Labour Office, ÚP ČR) is available; that does not make the training free, the subsidy covers only part of the cost – details are on the employee training subsidy page. We will prepare the exact price after a free initial consultation.

Both. On-site training takes place at your company or in our offices in Prague. We run online training via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams with interactive exercises. Both formats are hands-on — no one-way webinar.

We cover ChatGPT (GPT-5.x), Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney and others. We pick specific tools based on your needs — if your company uses Microsoft 365 we focus on Copilot. If Google Workspace, on Gemini.

Prompt engineering is the art of phrasing requests to AI so that the output is accurate, consistent and usable. The difference between 'write me an email' and a structured prompt with role, context and format is like the difference between googling and a professional research brief. In the training you will learn techniques like role prompting, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning and structured output.

Shadow AI is the uncontrolled use of AI tools by employees outside IT oversight — copying company data into ChatGPT, using unauthorized AI applications, sharing sensitive information with AI models.
